Fort Jones Fire Department EMT's responded early this morning to the Greenview area of Scott Valley Fire District for a male with Chest Pain. After responders arrived it was determined the patient met the protocol to be flown to a facility specializing in cardiac emergencies. Fort Jones Fire personnel requested Montague's Lifenet 34 and they landed in the City limits of Fort Jones where pateint care was transferred from Etna Ambulance Paramedic to the flight crew. Fort Jones Fire Department in cooperation with Etna Ambulance strives to provide the best possible care to its patients. This is another incident where Fort Jones Fire and Etna Ambulance worked well together provding the best possible care. Best wishes to the patient and family for a speedy recovery.
